Racoon International shall also not be liable for any damages or losses, arising in contract, tort or otherwise; including lost profits, loss of business, or data; business interruption, damages and/or other consequential losses that result from your use of or inability to use the service, and/or from any action taken by you as a direct result of using material provided on the luvhair.com website. This includes sites accessed through links from the luvhair.com website.
Refund and Returns
Racoon International operates a ‘no-quibbles’ guarantee and will replace in full any damaged products. Notification should be received by Racoon International of the problem within 30 days of receipt. Contact our Returns Team at: info@clixhairextensions.com. If the return is due to an error made by Racoon International, postage shall also be refunded. For your own protection, you are recommended to return any items using a registered postage facility. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds for internet orders are subject to a small admin charge. We DO NOT accept any responsibility for goods on return to us. This is the senders responsibility, and the sender must ensure that adequate insurance has been taken to cover the cost of the goods if they are lost or damaged on return to us.
Racoon International are unable to guarantee the performance of the Royal Mail or other courier services and cannot be held liable for non-delivery of goods faithfully despatched.
In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days following receipt of the item(s), as long as all goods are returned unused and unopened and are fit for re-sale.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Laws of England and any arising disputes resulting from the use of the Additional Lengths website shall be dealt with in the English Courts.
Our Policy
Terms & Conditions of Sale
All returned goods must be in saleable condition and the hair products must not have been used or handled, example; packets opened, brushed, worn, labels removed etc, for health and hygiene reasons. Hair returned for refund or exchange must not have been removed from the cardboard for hygiene purposes.
All returned items must be in original packaging.
No refund is given if goods have been used and returned.
Mistakes with orders must be rectified within 3 days.
Returned goods must be returned within 10 days of receipt, unless under guarantee, and accompanied with original invoice.
All goods will be inspected upon return and must comply with the terms & conditions before a refund is given.
Postal charges will not be refunded if the incorrect order has been placed, goods are unwanted or goods are not faulty.
We have the right to refuse a refund if any goods are returned in un-saleable condition and are not faulty, or we do not think they are satisfactory for resale.
All customers must inform us of any items they wish to return. All returns must be verified by us before return. All internet refunds are subject to a small admin charge.
